Shipping and Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for a different product, or for a refund to the original payment method. (Please note, the refund will not include the original posting cost)
The following conditions apply to our return and exchange policy:
Custom/bespoke orders and are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
No piercing jewellery will be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
Returned items must be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email Tiff at Tiffany@AitaJewellery.co.uk stating that you would like a return or exchange with your order details and reason for return.
Pop your parcel in the post via post office or courier of your choice to:

3. Upon receiving your parcel safely we will then process your return in 1-4 business days.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your jewellery has been lost or damaged, please send any photographic evidence and a message to Tiffany@AitaJewellery.co.uk . We will start a claim to track down any lost items, Royal Mail policies state that for compensation we must wait 25 days after due date. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please let us know and we will either refund you for the item or send out a free replacement.
If you have been sent a faulty or broken item then we will pay postage both ways and send new jewellery free of charge or issue a refund for the item.
