Looks stunning as a septum jewellery but can also be worn in any piercing including helix, nose, daith, conch, nipple, lobe etc. (Also available as a faux septum for non pierced noses.)
 Made in eco sterling silver 925, the 100% recycled, green alternative to mined sterling silver. It has the same working and wearing properties as regular sterling silver but is more environmentally friendly :) 
 
For a perfect fit, please choose wire gauge (thickness) and inner hoop diameter from the drop down menu.  ** Please add on 1-2mm to your usual size as the triangle part overlaps the hoop. **  (All Faux Septums are made in 18 gauge wire 8mm inner hoop diameter) 
 
Average piercing sizes:
Nose // 20g wire in a 7-9mm inner diameter
Tragus // 16g wire in a 6-7mm inner diameter
Septum // 16g-14g wire in a 7-10mm inner diameter
Conch // 18g-16g wire in a 12-14mm inner diameter
Ear Lobes // 20g-18g wire in a 10mm inner diameter
 
If in doubt, please get measured by a professional piercer. Or with a ruler, measure the distance from your pierced hole to the edge of your body in millimeters (ie from nose piercing to edge of nostril) for inner diameter.
 
The inner hoop diameter is the inside measurement of one side of the hoop to the other, NOT including the wire edge! (See photos for diagram)
